Breathe Better is designed to improve your breathing and release tension in the body. This specialized approach blends simple gentle breathwork, myofascial release (MFR), Wellness massage, Thai massage and FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY to target key areas in the body that affect your breath. Helping create more space for deeper, freer breathing while easing muscle tension.

If you are a WOMAN who feels how held tension and shallow breathing affects your posture, nervous system, and daily life, this space is for you. This 3-month commitment is a gentle invitation to move past quick fixes and step into a deep, HEAD ~ TO ~ TOE journey that helps your body breathe properly again, bringing balance back to all of your internal systems. It is an intentional space created to go beyond physical relief. Helping you calm your nervous system, clear mental fog, and find a deeper mind-body connection. Ultimately, this is a soft space for you to unravel and unwind, clearing away what was holding you back so you can find a true full-body EXHALE and return home to yourself.

What to Expect

Over this 3-month commitment, you will experience eight INTENTIONAL sessions, meeting for 90  MINUTES once a week during the first month and 2 -2.5 HOURS every two weeks for the remaining two months. It BEGINS with a warm foot bath and soothing hand massage before we transition to the table. As the weeks progress and your body begins to open, our work adapts and deepens, meeting the changes in your posture, breath, and energy. We journey from your feet all the way up to your head to systematically release layers of held tension as you are ready to let them go. Ultimately, each session builds on the last, guiding your entire system into a lasting ability to BREATHE BETTER.
